Yes, unfortunately when we are in a toxic environment could result in affecting our health and happiness. We may not be able to resist such situations but surely we could prepare ourselves to withstand the negative effects which could affect our body, mind and energy. We just need to adopt practices which strengthen us holistically and make us stable deep rooted just like a tree. No matter what situation, we stay strong, content and resilient.
It is possible to change our life, make it happier, healthier and improve the resilience. There are many role models who have already created their ways to navigate despite the toughest of situation and environment they have lived. They adopted a mindset which have made them stronger, resilient and effective.
