Heart a symbol of love, courage and life!

Heart is a magical organ which is estimated to beat 100,000 times a day with an average of 2.5 billion times in an average lifetime.

In every intense emotion, we experience a rise in the heartbeat, be it in love or in fear. It takes its rhythm and beats accordingly. One of the most hardworking organs in the body, greatly influenced by our emotions the heart ailments are the leading cause of death and morbidity in the world.

It is important to take care of this organ, perform activities which balances the rhythm of life. The food we eat, the activities we do and they environment we live directly impacts this rhythm. Therefore, it is important we constantly engage in habits which are conducive for the heart.
